With a Danish supermodel for a mother and the founder of French fashion house, Emanuelle Khanh for a father it was fairly certain that fashion was always going to be central in Vanessa Bruno's life. The Danish designer began her life in the industry as a model working both runway shows and photo shoots. During this period she discovered a passion for couture and eventually made the decision that it was time for a change of scenery so opted to pursue a career in fashion design. Vanessa Bruno launched her first collection in 1996 at the young age of 24 using her own tastes and motivations as inspirations for the designs.

The Danish talent has continued to build her reputation across the globe and 2010 welcomed the opening of her first London store in Mayfair which was visited by a host of celebrities and fashionistas alike.
