Delivery Information
As a multi-channel retailer, we do understand that our customers like to get their orders delivered as soon as possible. Our dedicated team may have to travel to pick your items from one of our stores, just in case we have sold out in our main warehouse. This is why your order may take an extra day to dispatch to you.
All of our UK orders are now dispatched using UPS and a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable for a delivery, UPS will leave a card informing customers how they can receive their order.
Free Delivery on orders over £120
This is usually delivered within 1-3 days.

Next Day Delivery* - £6.00
This is delivered the next working day.
This is available to: UK Mainland orders only
All UK Mainland orders must be placed before 5pm between Monday to Thursday to ensure that your items will arrive next working day. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next working day. If an order is placed after 5pm on a Friday or at the weekend, it will be dispatched on the next working day.

Saturday Delivery* - £15.00
This is delivered on a Saturday.
This is available to: UK Mainland orders only
Saturday Delivery orders must be placed before 4.30pm on a Friday to ensure that your items will arrive the next day (Saturday). If an order is placed after 4.30pm on a Friday, it will be dispatched on the next working day.

Standard Delivery - £4.50
This is usually delivered within 1-3 days.

UK Off-mainland deliveries will take 2-4 days.
European Delivery - £10.00
Available to countries in Europe.
Worldwide Delivery - £25.00
Currently available to the United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
(Please note that all overseas customers are responsible for any import duty and or any local taxes.)
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase in any way and you would like a refund or exchange, please follow the steps below within 10 days of your order being dispatched for UK customers and 18 days for all others:
1) Fill out the form provided.
2) We can only exchange an item where a different size or colour of the same item is requested (subject to stock levels).
3) Use the pre-printed returns label on your INVOICE.
4) Enclose the returns form in the parcel. (For Non EU customers, please mark the package as Return Goods, to help us to process your return quicker.)
5) Post it back to us!
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure all goods are returned, in there original condition (including any tags, packaging, boxes etc) as they are deemed part of the product, within 10 days of them being dispatched for UK Customers and 18 days for all others.
